The Drowned Lands Wawayanda Kill

Our latest sour ipa offering is a riff on blueberry pie. We took our sour IPA base recipe of Pilsner, raw wheat, and malted oats, then mashed it with over 100 pounds of graham cracker meal. Hopped with Mosaic and Enigma, this beer was fermented with heaps of blueberry purée and conditioned in Madagascar vanilla beans and even more graham cracker.

The low pH coupled with the refreshing tartness of blueberry gives this one a bright spritzy acidity to balance the decadence of the lactose, vanilla, and graham
